Page 1 of 2  BUTTERFLY GAL – Makayla Barringer flies down the lane in the 200m Medley Relay at the state meet in Lewistown. She and Teagan Tucker, Taryn Erickson and Jayde Richardson placed fourth. Conrad had 28 swimmers competing at the state meet in Lewistown over the weekend. They placed sixth in the Class A division. Team places and points looked like this: 1st Lewistown 563, 2nd Chinook 349, 3rd Glasgow 269.5, 4th Fort Benton 239, 5th Cut Bank 167, 6th Conrad 116.50. High lighting the meet for Conrad was Melissa Barringer who set a state record in the 100m-breaststroke event, being clocked at 1:12.72. Jenny Silvernale won High Point honors with two first places and a third. Individual and relay results went like this: BANTAMS Shawn Cassidy 9th-25 back; Nolan Dugan 12th- 25 fly. In the 100 Free Relay, the boys’ team of Shawn Cassidy, Parker Larson, Jerry Cassidy and Nolan Dugan placed eighth. In the 100m Medley, the girls’ team of Raylnn Jones, Dania Jones, Nicole Erickson and Kinsey Harris placed fourth. In the 100m Free Relay, D. Jones, R. Jones, Harris and Erickson came in second. MIDGETS Krista Judisch 7th-100 IM, 8th-50 back. In the girls’ 100m Free Relay, Emily Harwood, Lacey Jones, Krista Judisch and Kyleigh Salois placed 10th. In the 100m Medley, Judisch, Jones, Salois and Harwood also placed 10th.
