She also co-chairs the PMC Employee Emergency Fund Committee. Ann Lindberg was honored with Employee of the Year at the annual PMC Christmas party.
The Employee of the Year receives a plaque and $200 cash.
The people who nominated Ann wrote:
“Ann exemplifies the criteria and characteristics of this award. She is positive, honest, loyal, and ethical. In addition, she is kind, compassionate, friendly, and dependable. She is a true asset to PMC. No matter how busy she is, she always tries to accommodate the needs of patients and their employees.”
“Ann comes to work with a positive attitude every day and is always smiling. The public loves her. She deals with everyone in the facility and communicates very effectively.”
“Ann is always getting paged during her breaks and she never gets upset. She goes back upstairs to help whoever needs help.”
“She is excellent with patients when they walk through the door and is willing to do any extra work no matter what her work load is.”
“Ann is the perfect person to have at the front desk. She is always polite, smiling, and courteous on the phone. The phone rings constantly and she handles herself perfectly. She always says hi and always looks like she is having a good time.”
