Strength team coming to town
BRICK SMASHER – Clarence Lee, a member of the Strength Team that is coming to the Conrad Mission Church as well as some of the area schools, smashes bricks with his forearm.
The Strength Team, a group of professional athletes with a motivational and inspirational message will be at the Conrad Mission Church auditorium nightly, April 9-13 at 7 p.m.
The group has some of the strongest athletes that perform amazing feats, such as ripping a phone book in half, crushing walls of concrete with a blow from their arm or head, breaking hand-cuffs, running through 2x4s and blowing up hot water bottles until they explode.
    That will get your attention!
They do all of this to get the attention of an audience and then they deliver their inspirational message.
The leader and founder of The Strength Team is Mike Hagen, a former Seattle Seahawk football player. He has dedicated 19 years of his life to this kind of work.
Hagen has spoken to hundreds of thousands of people and performed in countless school assemblies.
He has been featured on CNN, ESPN, and the popular TV show, Walker Texas Ranger, with Chuck Norris.
In addition, they will also be at school assemblies, including Valier on April 9 at 9 and 10 a.m. and in Conrad schools on April 11 at 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
If you have questions or want more information, contact Pastor Peter Wetendorf at 278-7015.
