Three individuals have been arrested and are facing various charges for the recent break-in and burglary of Dusty’s Bar in Brady. All three are from Great Falls, however, one was a former employee of the Brady tavern. Arrested were David Warren Lambert age 44, Terry Lee Feller age 47, and Zoanne Bell McKinney age 44. Lambert was the first of the trio to be arrested, at which time he confessed and implicated the other two individuals. Feller was the second to be picked up, followed by McKinney who also confessed when she was arrested. She is on probation for previous felonies. Deputy Carl Suta began the investigation on Nov. 28, when a break-in at Dusty’s Bar was reported. On Dec. 4, he received word that corporate checks on the account of Dusty’s Inc., were being cashed in Great Falls. With the help of Great Falls police officer Malllon, other detectives and officers from the Immigration and Customs Law Enforcement, business security/surveillance tapes were checked out and Lambert was identified and located at a Great Falls motel. His confession led officers to a house in Great Falls and after obtaining a search warrant Feller was found hiding under a floor in a utility room. Feller was also wanted on other parole violations. When the house was further searched, officers found other items taken from Dusty’s Bar, a large amount of cash, Meth and drug paraphernalia and loaded (ready to use) needles. The owner of the house has been charged with aiding and abetting. Lambert and Feller are being charged with ID theft, bank fraud, a federal charge, and various parole violation and drug charges. In Pondera County, all three will be charged with felony theft and felony burglary. All three are in jail in Great Falls on $100,000 bond.
