Get ready for high-flying slam dunks, dazzling ball-handling tricks and hilarious family comedy as the internationally-acclaimed Harlem Ambassadors take on the Conrad Chamber Challengers on Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. at Conrad High School. The Ambassadors offer a unique brand of Harlem-style basketball, featuring non-stop laughs and delivering a positive message for kids and families wherever they play. For this event they will take on a roster of local basketball talent including Jay Taylor, Tyler Bucklin, Todd Boehmler, Dustin Erickson, Josh Philipps, Jill Swanson, Nikki Dockter, Chris Vermulm, Drew Lesnik, Matthew Wittmier, Brian Fladstol, Jim “Sarge” Sargent, Dustin Dugan, Matthew Tranmer, Adam Totdahl and Jeremiah Pearson. The Ambassadors set themselves apart from other “Harlem-style” basketball teams by working with local not-for-profit organizations and holding Harlem Ambassadors shows as community fund raising events. For this event the Ambassadors are working with the Conrad Area Chamber of Commerce, and their presence is made possible by the generous sponsorship of many local businesses. A list of current sponsors can be found at www.conradmt.com.
Advance discounted tickets can be purchased at the Conrad Chamber, Olson’s Drug, 4U Collision Center, Branding Iron, Gary & Leo’s IGA and Conrad Tire. Tickets will also be available at the door. Children age four and under are admitted free. For more information contact CofC at 271-7791.
