Swimmers splash to third place at Plains

   Conrad had 17 swimmers at the Plains Invitational meet over this past weekend. The team came home with a third place trophy.
   The Barringer sisters, Makayla swimming Intermediate and Melissa in the Senior division, both won high point honors.
   Individual team results went like this:
BANTAMS
   Dania Jones-100IM 2nd, 50-free 2nd, 25-breast 2nd; Brooke Mycke 25-free 9th, 50-free 8th, and 25-back 7th.
MIDGETS
   Sheridan Johnson 50-free 10th, 100-free 6th; Hunter Mycke 100-free 6th, 50-back 4th, 50-free 7ty; Nicole Erickson 100-free 2nd, 50-fly 3rd, 100-IM 6th.
   In the 100 free relay, the team of Jones, Mycke, Johnson and Erickson placed second. The 100 Medley team of Johnson, Jones, Erickson and Mycke also took second.
JUNIORS
   Krista Judisch 200IM 2nd, 50-breast 2nd, 50-free-4th; Kyleigh Salois 200 IM 4th, 50-breast 4th, 50-free 5th.
INTERMEDIATES
   M. Barringer 200IM 1st, 50-free 1st, 100-fly 1st; Taryn Erickson 200IM 3rd, 50-free 6th, 100-breast 3rd; Skylar Shirley 200IM 4th, 100-breast-5th, 100-back 4th; Jayde Richardson 50-free 2nd, 100-breast 2nd, 100-free 1st; Jerry Swan 50-free 4th, 100-free 6th, 100-back 4th; Tony Swan 100-free 7th, 100-back 5th.
   The 200 free relay team of Barringer, Shirley, T. Erickson and Richardson swam to a first place. The 200 Medley relay team of Erickson, Shirley, Barringer and Richardson again swam to a first place.
SENIORS
   M. Barringer 200IM 1st, 50-free 1st, 100-brest 1st; Laura Linn 200IM 5th, 100-fly 4th, 50-fly 2nd; Shelby DeVries 400-free 8th, 50-free 11th, 100-free 7th; Kylie Schlepp 50-free 12th, 100-free 8th, 50-fly 5th.
   The 200 free relay team of DeVries, Schlepp, Linn and Barringer placed second and the 200 medley team of DeVries, Barringer Linn and Schlepp ripped through the water to a first place.
   This weekend Conrad is host to An Invitational swimming meet at the pool.
