The Pondera Regional Port Authority has been active in the past year working on the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
It is a program that seeks to purchase foreclosed homes and renovate them, making them available for low and moderate income families.
After much work the organization is pleased to have two properties that are available for purchase by income qualified people.
The Port Authority property in Brady, located at 219 1st Ave NE, is a new manufactured home that is located on a mature lot.
It is a three bedroom, two bath house.
The Conrad property is located at 106 S. Montana St. This is a three bedroom house with a fenced yard and a nice garage. It will be renovated to add energy efficient furnace and appliances and will be available for purchase in a few weeks.
Both homes will be available for viewing on Aug. 26 from 5 to 7 p.m. as part of an open house event sponsored by local realtors.
This is a great opportunity to see what the Port Authority project has to offer as well as view several Conrad and Brady properties that are available for purchase from several of the local realtors.
Come out for a snack and a beverage and enjoy a house tour on Thursday night.
