Cancer awareness ribbons are recognized by all and there are different colors for nearly every type of cancer.

A team, calling themselves the Stockman Stampede, has selected three colors of ribbons to offer individuals and businesses.

For a small fee they will paint a ribbon on the business entry way, or on driveways and sidewalks.

The Stockman Stampede ladies (and one man) will paint a pink ribbon for breast cancer, gold for childhood cancer and pearl for lung cancer.

The team is comprised of Renae Bouma, Alyssa Garcia, Barb Habets, Cynthia Ries, Donna Warwick, Joan Jensen, Laurie Philipps, Marla Bruner, Sheri Weis, Sherry Stewart, Tonya Breding, and Vanessa and Tyler Bucklin.
