Working as a team, Connie Hanson and Shari Richter opened their real estate doors in March of 2010. Both are excited to start their second year of business in their new location inside the Pondera Village Shopping Center and next to 3Rivers Communications.
These ladies have a combination of commitment and service to both their buyers and sellers. They are aware of the ever-changing trends in the real estate market and provide their clients with friendly, professional and personalized service. One of these two full time real estate professionals is always available and they welcome evening and weekend calls.
Richter started thinking about real estate as a profession that would allow her to have more flexibility and to help her stay involved with her kids’ activities. Little did she know, it turned out to be all that and more. She commented, “There is nothing like the feeling of bringing a transaction together and getting the satisfaction of handing a buy the keys to their new home.”
When it came to the decision on settling in Conrad, Richter thought it was an obvious choice. A CHS graduate, she is happy to have her three children going through the school system here. She said, “Contrary to what some say, there are so many great academic and athletic opportunities for kids in Conrad.” She continued, “Conrad is such a generous and supportive community.”
Hanson also commented on her love for the community by saying, “one thought comes to mind, I had a gentleman from out east looking at commercial property in Montana. He was amazed there were no bars on the windows of the businesses around town. When we hear those stores it makes you smile and realize how lucky you are to live in a small safe community, which is sometimes easy to take for granted.”
Watch for the ribbon cutting and grand opening coming soon at their new location. Richter says, “Next time you are in Pondera Village Shopping Center, come in for a cup of coffee.” They have an entrance within the shopping center and one directly on 6th Street.
H&R Realty, LLC is a current member of the Conrad Area Chamber of Commerce and Richter is a past president of the Chamber.
