Concert to benefit Front Range CASA in works

Submitted to the I-O by Trina Jo Bradley

Fall is in the air, and what better time to celebrate than with a good old fashioned concert with Wylie Gustafson and Erik “Fingers” Ray? On Nov. 15, 240 lucky people will have the opportunity to enjoy their show at the Orpheum Theatre/Weigand Auditorium at 7 p.m.

The Gustafson brothers have generously agreed to perform in concert to benefit Front Range CASA/GAL, and they will provide a show to remember. Who knows – a special appearance by their father Rib might just be in the works.

Tickets for the event are sold individually or for a discounted couples’ price. They can be purchased from Kiersta Sullivan in Conrad or from Trina Bradley in Valier. To order your tickets, which must be purchased in advance, contact Sullivan at 576-7041 or Bradley at 472-3387.

Front Range CASA/GAL, which serves Pondera, Glacier, Toole and Teton Counties, provides advocates for 100 percent of the cases in its District.

The expenses involved in providing an advocate for every child in the 9th Judicial District are great, and Front Range CASA is in desperate need of additional funding. Watch the mail for the annual combined fund drive letter, and please make a tax deductible donation to this worthy organization.

For more information about the Front Range CASA program, or to apply to be a volunteer, contact Sullivan at 576-7041.
