The Driver Education program at the high school is scheduled to begin the first week following the end of the school year.
Special parent meetings are scheduled for April 22 and 24. Meeting time both nights is 7 p.m. in the high school commons.
Parent(s) are required to attend one of the two sessions in order for the student to be “officially” enrolled.
Sessions will last a little over an hour each night. The purpose of the meetings will be to explain how the program will be administered and the role of the parent(s) in the traffic education process.
Parent involvement requirements and the Graduated Driver Licensing Program will also be reviewed.
For any additional information, contact supervisor Jim Carroll at the high school at 278-3285.
