The commissioners, on a 3-0 vote, approved the final pay request for the Airport Improvement Project to Robert Peccia and Associates for $26,244.87.
Commissioner Sandi Broesder made a motion for an encroachment agreement that got a second from Janice Hoppes and was approved on a 3-0 vote (Joe Christiaens).
The encroachment was requested by Rocky Mountain Contractors on behalf of CenturyLink to bore under the road at 169 Airport Loop in order to provide fiber to a cell site for AT&T Wireless.
Resolution-25 was passed by the commissioners on a 3-0 vote.
R-25 deals with the establishing of nominating districts for the commissioners, and to make them as equal in population and area as possible.
The nominating districts were approved by the District Court Judge Robert Olson on Dec. 2 and passed by the commissioners on Dec. 4.
Discussion on the selling of county surplus property was tabled until a later date.
The last meeting of the year for the commissioners will be on Dec. 31, 10 a.m. in their office.
