Deborah J. (Paulsen) Pate

04_obit_debbie-pateDeborah J. (Paulsen) Pate, 60, passed away May 9, 2012, at the Pondera Medical Center of cancer.

A celebration of life was held May 14 at Conrad Mission Church.  Pondera Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Debbie was born Feb. 10, 1952 in Great Falls to Bert and Betty Paulsen.  She was raised in Brady and graduated from Brady High School. Debbie married Dennis Seidler in Conrad in 1972.  They had two children.  They divorced in 1982.  Debbie married Bill Pate on April 4, 1987.  She worked at KSEN radio station and was a local food broker. Debbie recently retired as Regional Director of North Central Area Agency on Aging.

She enjoyed bowling, her pets, golfing, ceramics, and growing flowers.  More than anything, she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.    She was a member of the Community Cancer Foundation and the Conrad Moose Lodge.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Pate; mother, Betty Paulsen of Brady; daughter, Kortney (Jason) Seidler of Willowcreek; son, Travis (Kinsey) Seidler of Conrad; sister, Cindie Vandenberg of Brady; brother, Calvin (Maryann) Paulsen of Ohio; and six grandchildren, Brooke, Gavin, Macey, Cody, Nolan, and McKayla.

She is preceded in death by her father, Bert Paulsen and sister, Della Rae.

Debbie will be sincerely missed by all who loved her dearly.
