Born to Thomas Hall, Sr. and Mary (LaFromboise) Hall on Feb. 19, 1934, in Browning, she was a longtime resident of Dupuyer until her recent move to Havre.

She is survived by brother Wallace Hall of Birch Creek; sisters: Eloise England of Birch Creek; Janice Boggs of Heart Butte; Florene ‘Tiny’ Thomas of Bynum and Eva (Leonard) Iron Pipe of Little Badger. She is also survived by sons: Howard Wall of Cut Bank and Pat Wall of Havre; daughters: Karen (Doug) Dahl of Havre and Holly (Phil) Walker of Kapaa, Hawaii; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces who she was especially close to as well as friends she considered extended family.

She was preceded in death by parents Mary and Tom Hall Sr.; brothers: Tom Hall Jr. and infant Lee Patrick Hall; sisters: Marlene Hall and Phyllis Buell and beloved daughter Marie ‘Toots’ Wall.

Sweedo retired from Dupuyer School after 25 years as cook. She enjoyed playing pinochle, quilting and visiting family and friends. You could say she had a keen sense for bringing a meal at just the right time or homemade baked goods for any special occasion.

For as long as her health would allow she was actively involved with Cowboys for Life Cancer Ride.
