Caroline G. Audet    Caroline G. Audet, 62, of Conrad, passed away Thursday at a local hospital from respiratory failure.
    Visitation was Monday at Croxford Funeral Home.
    Funeral service was held Tuesday at Church of Christ in Great Falls, with burial following at Conrad Cemetery.
    Survivors include her daughters, Mrs. Daniel (Pearl) C. Hicks, of Lincoln County, W.Va., and Mrs. Albert (Melissa) Egnor, of Conrad; sons, Pearley O. Rakes, of Conrad, Herb (Anna) Rakes, of Lincoln County, Mitchell S. (Donna) Rakes and Randy Rakes, both of Gillette, Wyo.; her brothers; Harold Smith, of Missoula, Buck Smith, of Alaska, Jim Smith, of Pendroy, Cody Smith, of Billings; and her sisters, Lois Derhiem, of Billings, Phyillis Lawerence, of Great Falls; twenty five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Caroline was born in Great Falls on Feb. 4, 1945. She was raised and educated in various places in Montana. She married Herman Rakes in Montana in 1960. They later divorced. She then married Pearley Arville Rakes in 1963 in West Virginia, they divorced in 1977. She married Thomas Audet in 1979 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. They later divorced.
    Caroline lived in many areas of the United States. She moved back to Brady in 2000 and then moved to Great Falls in 2005.
    Caroline was a homemaker, and spent her time raising registered Pomeranians, doing crafts and horseback riding.
    She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister, four brothers and a daughter, Linda.
